Help with the Izzy app — accounts, safety features, subscriptions and privacy.

Email solomon@izzywolf.com. We aim to reply within two business days. Include the email address on your Izzy account so we can find it.

There is also a Help tab inside the app (Social → Help) that answers the most common questions instantly.

Report a problem or objectionable content

If you encounter abusive behaviour, harassment, or objectionable content from another user in bulletins, direct messages or profiles, you can block that user from within the app. To report content or a user to us, email solomon@izzywolf.com with the user's display name and what happened. We review every report and act on violations, including removing content and suspending accounts.

Delete your account

The fastest way is right in the app: open Izzy and go to Profile → Delete account. After you confirm, your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.

No longer have the app installed? Email solomon@izzywolf.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and we will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

Deleting your account removes your profile, location history, activity stats, messages and friendships. If you are the billing parent of a family, deleting your account also removes the family and any child profiles you created for it. Privacy

Subscriptions

Izzy subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel or refund on your behalf. Contact us if something looks wrong and we will help you sort it out with the store.
